  Popular Chinese concept stocks were mixed, with International Cord Blood Bank up 8.23%, Futu Holdings up 7.84%, Water Drop Company up 7.49%, Yunji up 6.48%, One Education Technology up 6.04%, Alibaba up 2.06%, and NetEase up 2.08 %; Hollysys Automation fell 29.35%, China Petrochemical shares fell 13.63%, Hong En Education fell 6.71%, Secoo fell 4.76%, Lanting Group fell 4.14%.

New energy auto stocks were mixed, with Weilai Auto up 0.51%, Xiaopeng Auto down 0.83%, and Ideal Auto down 0.74%.

  On the news, after the end of the two-day interest rate meeting, the Federal Reserve announced that it would maintain the current benchmark interest rate unchanged from 0% to 0.25%.

At the same time, the debt reduction plan was launched in November to reduce the size of monthly asset purchases by US$15 billion, and it is prepared to adjust the pace of reducing the scale of debt purchases when necessary.
