4.8 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Last week, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 4.8 billion dirhams.

According to the weekly report of the actions issued by the department today, 1502 pledges of allegiance were recorded, worth 3.46 billion dirhams, of which 174 pledged allegiance to lands worth one billion dirhams, and 1,328 pledges to apartments and villas worth 2.46 billion dirhams, while mortgages recorded 1.04 billion dirhams, while donations witnessed the registration of 91 gifts worth 294.04 million dirhams. .



The most important land sales worth AED 70 million were in the "Island 2" area, followed by two pledges in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area,


each worth 30 million dirhams.

"Al Habiya Fourth" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 67 pledges worth 334 million dirhams, followed by the Third Habiya area with 20 pledges of 60 million dirhams, and the third in "Al Yafra 3" with 18 pledges of 18 million dirhams.



As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 37 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area was the most important, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.

"Dubai Marina" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 129 pledges of allegiance worth 325 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area with 126 pledges of 129 million dirhams, and third in "Al-Habibiya Fourth" with 102 pledges worth 216 million dirhams.
