How to ensure the transportation of the CIIE while coordinating the prevention and control of the epidemic?
Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Department has held several emergency drills for traffic security at the CIIE, and all traffic security work is ready.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, this year will continue to adhere to the principle of intensive travel and public transportation priority based on the "precision, orderly and controllable" traffic protection of the first three CIIEs, and achieve a more refined and more precise transportation protection plan. Transportation transfers are more convenient, transportation reservations are more intelligent, and transportation security measures are safer.
Relevant departments have also formulated special epidemic prevention and control plans for different modes of transportation, and strictly implemented epidemic prevention measures.
To ensure the realization of the traffic guarantee goal of "coming in, going out, running smoothly, and preventing epidemics".
In terms of parking lots, it provides parking reservation services through two methods: registration and allocation and free reservation. 20 temporary parking lots have been implemented in the surrounding area, with approximately 2,100 fixed parking spaces and 4,000 shared parking spaces.
The body temperature detection point is set up in the parking lot, and the body temperature of the people who leave the parking lot and enter the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) will be checked.
"The CIIE Parking Reservation System" was launched on October 30.
In terms of rail transit, we will do a good job of accurate matching of transportation capacity, and formulate an epidemic prevention plan for the entire road network.
Set up "mobile ticketing terminals" at Xujingdong and Zhuguang Road Stations near the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), which include functions such as ticket checking, ticket replacement, and ticket sales for all types of tickets.
Through video analysis technology, real-time monitoring of the wearing of masks and body temperature of passengers entering the station from Exit 4 and 5 of Xujing East Station.
In terms of ground public transportation, 90 public transportation lines are routinely guaranteed, and 6 connection lines for parking lots around the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) have been set up.
In addition, 70 emergency support vehicles for public transport are also deployed, including 20 emergency prepared vehicles.
All guaranteed vehicles must turn on the fresh air ventilation device or open the windows during the driving process, "one cycle for one disinfection, one circle for one clean".
With regard to taxis, the transportation capacity will be integrated to ensure rapid evacuation during peak hours of departure.
During the CIIE, three taxi arrivals and drop-off points will be set up in the east, west, and north, and they will have the ability to dispatch 4,000 vehicles on the peak day of passenger flow.
A number of taxi companies are equipped with nearly 2,500 pure electric taxis to form an exclusive guarantee fleet of new energy taxis for the Expo.
All taxi drivers participating in the guarantee of the CIIE are required to complete the entire process of vaccinations against the new crown virus and to manage their personal health.
