Each adult passenger with a ticket can bring a child who is less than 1.2 meters tall and does not occupy a seat separately; when there is more than one child, the number of children in excess should purchase discounted tickets for children.

In addition, the seat category of the child discount ticket should be the same as the ticket held by the accompanying adult, and the arrival at the station shall not be farther than the arrival of the adult ticket.

Bazuo will notify the public security organs

In recent years, dominance behavior has become the focus of society from time to time.

Article 28 of the Draft for Opinions stipulates: If railway transportation enterprises discover that they have altered or forged tickets or documents to board the train, maliciously evading fares or occupying seats, they shall promptly notify the public security organs.

Among them, tampering, forging tickets or documents to travel on the train has always been an illegal act that the railway department has focused on cracking down on, and the term "dominant seat" has appeared for the first time.

In terms of ticket replacement, the draft for comments stipulates that: tickets should be replaced voluntarily or with the consent of the station or passenger train; children who should buy tickets but have not bought tickets.

If a child who should buy a full-price ticket rides on a child discount ticket, the difference in the fare shall be made up for the section of the supplementary ticket.

At the same time, if the railway transportation enterprise discovers one of the following violations of the regulations, it shall make up the fare payment and charge an additional 50% of the fare supplementary fee for the section already taken: Those who hold low-level seats for high-level seats; those who hold discounted or preferential tickets that do not meet the price reduction conditions.

If a handling fee needs to be charged, it shall be handled in accordance with the state regulations on miscellaneous railway transportation fees.

During the rush hour, many passengers choose to "buy short and long rides." According to the draft, they should take the initiative to make up the fare. Those who do not take the initiative to make up the fare or overtake the train without getting off the train will be charged with the fare.
