"5G+Industrial Internet" is leading the development of electronic equipment manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, steel, mining, power and other industries. It has formed collaborative research and development design, remote equipment control, equipment collaborative operation, flexible manufacturing, on-site auxiliary assembly, machine vision quality inspection, Scenarios such as equipment fault diagnosis, factory intelligent logistics, unmanned intelligent inspection, and production site monitoring.

  At present, all kinds of integrated applications have achieved initial results, but there are still problems with in-depth advancement.

  "5G is mainly a technology oriented to industry scenarios, and 70%-80% will be applied in the fields of Internet of Vehicles and Industrial Internet."   From the perspective of the market, “the demand in the industrial field is diversified and differentiated. 5G industrial terminals, chips, modules, and gateways have higher requirements in terms of performance and protocol support.” According to the relevant person in charge of the Information and Communication Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the current 5G Chip modules, etc., have the characteristics of industry decentralization and market fragmentation.   From the perspective of industrial enterprises themselves, although the construction and application of "5G+Industrial Internet" are piloted in some areas, there are still problems in the overall advancement.

Hu Jianbo, vice president of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, pointed out that enterprises lack a systematic understanding of the application scenarios, use value and construction path of "5G+Industrial Internet".

In addition, the capital, talent, and technical requirements for enterprises to build "5G + Industrial Internet" are high, and the digital foundation still needs to be consolidated.
