On November 1, the start well of the Jinxiu Tunnel, a major and difficult control project of the Chengdu-Zigong-Gong high-speed railway (hereinafter referred to as Cheng-Zi high-speed rail), successfully launched the "Splendid" shield with "Panda" painting. This marks the first use of China's largest-diameter earth pressure balance shield machine with completely independent intellectual property rights in the construction of high-speed railways, and also laid a solid foundation for the full-length connection of the high-speed railway.

  The Chengzi High Speed ​​Rail Jinxiu Tunnel passes through the Jinjiang and Chenghua districts of Chengdu. It is a single-hole double-track tunnel with a total length of 3655 meters, including a shield section of 2,620 meters. The tunnel geology is mainly weakly weathered mudstone, and the tunnel passes through municipal roads and tracks. Transportation lines, existing railways and urban high-rise buildings, with a maximum buried depth of 60 meters.

  The "Splendid" shield has a diameter of 12.79 meters, a total length of 135 meters, a total weight of 3,000 tons, and an installed power of 7,500 kilowatts.

The coating of the shield cutter head has Sichuan characteristics, and a "giant panda" with tender bamboo occupies the C position, which is cute and cute.

  It is understood that with the excavation of the Jinxiu Tunnel on the Chengzi High-speed Railway, the entire line has also started online construction simultaneously.

After the completion of the railway, it will be of great significance for accelerating the integration of Chengdu and the regions along the Yangtze River Economic Belt into the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, advancing the process of western development, and accelerating regional cooperation and development.
