At present, the office has concentrated on reporting to the public and ordered relevant enterprises to make rectification within a time limit.

  According to reports, the seven apps that collect and use personal information in violation of laws and regulations reported this time are "Minshengbao", "Quick Ask a Doctor", "Happy Landlord", "Liuyuegou", "Jukandian" and "Kaidi.com". "Master Xuanming Mobile Phone" and so on.

The problems of no privacy policies, frequent unnecessary claims, and excessive collection and use of personal information in the above-mentioned various apps have seriously harmed the legitimate rights and interests of netizens and undermined the development environment of mobile Internet. The Hainan Internet Information Office has concentrated on reporting to the society and ordering relevant companies Rectification within a time limit.

  Since July 30, 2021, the Hainan Provincial Internet Information Office, in conjunction with the Provincial Public Security Department, the Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the Provincial Communications Administration, and the Hainan Sub-center of the National Computer Network Security Center, organized the "Hainan Province App illegal collection and use of individuals Information Special Governance Work".
