Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance Hong Nam-ki said today (27th), "We plan to finally confirm and announce the 2021 pre-order implementation plan for the private sale in November."
Deputy Prime Minister Hong announced the 'Results of the first planned district designation for the 2nd and 4th measures and a plan to secure additional candidate sites' at a meeting of the Ministers of the Real Estate Market Inspection held at the Government Complex in Seoul today.
Deputy Prime Minister Hong explained, "After the announcement of the candidate site for the 2nd 4 measures, we secured an area that meets the requirements for the designation of the main district equivalent to the entire Pangyo New Town in 4 to 6 months, unprecedentedly faster than the existing private projects."
Among them, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to designate the first planned districts for four candidate sites for the 2/4 measures city complex project by the end of this month: Jeungsan District 4, Yeonsinnae Station, the east side of Ssangmun Station, and Banghak Station, and the designation of the main district will be completed by the end of this year.
Deputy Prime Minister Hong evaluated, "It is analyzed that it is possible to sufficiently secure the public interest by fully reflecting the opinions of the residents, lowering the average burden of indigenous people by more than 30% compared to the private maintenance project, and supplying the general sale volume at a significantly lower price than the nearby market price."
The government is preparing to discover additional candidate sites in addition to expediting the project procedures for previously announced candidate sites.
This week, we plan to announce candidate sites for an integrated public offering of private proposals, and open an open call for additional candidates for public redevelopment within the year.
From the 25th, the reception of the second pre-order volume of 10,000 units, including Namyangju Wangsuk 2, started.From November to December, the 3rd and 4th pre-orders with a total of more than 18,000 units will be held.
