Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (District 1), one of the real estate development projects implemented by Meydan Group in Dubai, announced that it has awarded a set of construction contracts for 25 residential buildings that include 1,464 apartments on the waterfront.
A statement issued yesterday indicated that the contractors will start the infrastructure works, which are scheduled to be completed within 12 months, while the construction works of 25 medium and low-rise residential buildings are scheduled to be completed within 14 to 24 months, according to the sizes of the buildings and the current construction condition.
It is noteworthy that the project plan includes 900 luxury villas and palaces and 30 residential buildings.
