“Gazprom is taking the potential maximum daily capacity of UGS facilities to an unprecedented level of 847.9 million cubic meters,” the company’s Telegram channel said in a statement.
It is noted that the goal is to ensure the reliability of gas supplies to Russian and foreign consumers.
Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with government members, said that Russia is not interested in an increase in gas prices in Europe.
