On the 15th, the China Consumers Association released a public opinion analysis report on consumer rights protection during the "November" holiday.

Regarding the negative public opinion on food consumption such as a milk tea replacement label with expired raw materials, a certain brand of burgers eating cockroaches and other food consumption, the China Consumers Association stated that the popularity of some Internet celebrity products does not match the bottom line requirements of honesty and law-abiding corporate responsibility.

The China Consumers Association proposes to strengthen the inspection and supervision of Internet celebrity food and merchants, consolidate the main responsibility of enterprises, increase the cost of illegality, establish and improve the integrity traceability mechanism of related product producers and sellers, and publicly expose those who are seriously untrustworthy.

For relevant operators who ignore the bottom line, no matter how large the traffic is, they must "play the board", "lost face" and "injure the lining" in accordance with laws and regulations.

The report shows that public opinion on consumer rights protection during the "November" holiday this year is mainly concentrated in four aspects: transportation, scenic spot services, express delivery services, and food safety.
