S&P has revised ratings of 14 Russian banks

Promsvyazbank's rating affirmed at 'BB', outlook improved to positive.

It is also reported that the banking system remains fairly liquid.

Earlier, the Bank of Russia expanded the list of systemically important banks to include Tinkoff.
