is the construction site of a residential complex with about 3,400 households in Unjeong City, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do.

There was a problem ahead of the sale at the end of this month.

When it is completed, it is 49 stories high, and the maximum height is over 170m, and the Ministry of National Defense raised the issue that it should have consulted with the competent unit before licensing, saying that it could cause a setback in the operation of the nearby air defense base.

Paju city's position is that the entire Unjeong City was released from the military facility protection zone in 2008, so there is no need for consultation.

The Ministry of National Defense claimed that the region was not subject to consultation with the unit under its jurisdiction to the question of the developer in 2019, but when Paju City inquired last year, it answered that it is a subject for military consultation, arguing that it has increased confusion with an inconsistent position.

The Board of Audit and Inspection also made an interpretation that it is not necessary to go through the consultation process in the preliminary consulting requested by Paju City.
