1.13 billion dirhams of Ajman real estate transactions in a month

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced an increase in the number of real estate transactions, during last September, by 24.82% compared to last August.

The real estate report issued by the department stated that the emirate witnessed during the past month the registration of 729 real estate transactions with a total value of 1.13 billion dirhams, while the total volume of real estate transactions amounted to 725 million dirhams recorded through 584 trading transactions.

According to the report, Al Zahia neighborhood topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by "Al-Yasmeen" and "Al-Alia", while the highest pledge value was estimated at 35 million dirhams in "Al Helio 1".

The report pointed out that 90 mortgage transactions were recorded, the highest of which was estimated at 25 million dirhams for the land category, and 3.1 million dirhams for the residential real estate category.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, said that "the Emirate of Ajman is witnessing positive real estate activity, as the real estate market records an increase in the number and value of real estate transactions."
