After the intensive development of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry through "livestock entering the enclosure and land circulation", a large number of laborers in the agricultural and pastoral areas have been released.
According to Sonatajie, in order to better promote the transfer of surplus labor, in recent years, Shigatse has invested more than 210 million yuan to carry out employment training for more than 87,000 person-times, and the employment rate after training has reached more than 70%. The transfer of farmers and herdsmen has been realized. There were 2.189 million people employed and 11.147 billion yuan in income.
