Earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine said that Kiev was surprised and disappointed by Hungary's decision to sign a long-term contract with Gazprom to supply gas bypassing Ukraine.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the role of Russia in gas supplies to Europe is growing against the background of the completion of the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
