<Reporter> The

win-win consumption subsidy system is a system that returns 10% of the excess within the limit of 100,000 won per month when the monthly credit card usage increases by 3% or more from the average monthly usage in the second quarter.

It is implemented for two months in October and November, and it is for those who are 19 years of age or older and have used credit or debit cards in their name in the second quarter of this year.

As it is a policy to revive alleyways, money spent at large marts, large department stores, large online malls and large electronic stores is not recognized as consumption, and money spent on luxury goods and new car purchases and nightlife is excluded.

Instead, delivery apps, convenience stores, and corporate supermarkets are accepted.

Those who wish to apply for cashback support must designate one of the nine credit card companies as a dedicated credit card company and apply.

Applications will be accepted for the first week from October 1st according to the last digit of the year of birth in a five-part system.

Cash back for October usage will be paid on November 15th, and cash back for November usage will be paid in points equal to cash on December 15th.

There are restrictions on where to use the cashback to be recognized, but the returned cashback can be used anywhere until the end of June next year without any restrictions on where to use it.

However, a budget of 700 billion won was allocated for this project, and the government said that it would be terminated early if the resources were exhausted.
