Recommendations were sent to PJSC Gazprom on September 21, 2021.
The Antimonopoly Service, in the process of monitoring the current situation at the exchange auctions, established a decrease in the volume of gas sales, ”the statement on the FAS website says.
As a result of the reduction in gas supplies in August 2021, the volume of unmet demand amounted to 1.1 billion cubic meters.
The FAS recommendations are aimed at forming a fair price for gas and achieving the indicators set by the Russian government for gas sales at exchange auctions, the service explains.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov recalled that Gazprom fully fulfilled its obligations to supply gas to Europe.
