The Financial Services Agency has entered into final adjustments to issue a business improvement order to Mizuho Financial Group and its affiliated Mizuho Bank to thoroughly prevent recurrence of a series of system failures.
The Financial Services Agency will request banks to report in detail about system inspections and repairs, and will take unusual measures to continue inspections to investigate the cause.
