Jumeirah Group launches a new program to train citizens in the tourism and hospitality sectors

Jumeirah Group, an international luxury hotel management company and a member of Dubai Holding, announced the launch of the “National Vocational Training Program”, with the aim of training university citizens and qualifying them to become future leaders in the tourism and hospitality sectors, in addition to pushing the wheel of Emiratisation and nurturing local skills. The group stated that the program also provides opportunities to develop the skills of job seekers and enrich practical and cultural experiences, under the supervision of a team of world-class hospitality experts in the group, pointing out that the vocational training process takes place in various functional areas within the hotel departments, and the trainees will participate in a series of introductory courses, In order to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the organizational structure and functions of the respective hotel, before completing their training plan.

The Director of Emiratisation and Human Resources at the Jumeirah Group, Munira Al-Taher, said that the Jumeirah Group is keen to attract the best skills, launch new development programs, and support the growth of Emirati colleagues within the group.
