A spokesman for "Expo 2020 Dubai" confirmed that sales of tickets for the event are witnessing strong demand.
He said in a press statement: "We are pleased with the ticket sales rates achieved so far, especially multi-entry tickets and seasonal tickets, and we receive continuous and overwhelming support from the UAE community and individuals from different parts of the world, which translates visitors' awareness of the value and diversity that characterizes Expo 2020 Dubai." .
He added: “We are witnessing a strong demand from the network of authorized ticket distributors, our airline partners, retail outlets and online sales, and the highest levels of demand for tickets come from traditional markets exporting visitors, as well as from markets that are characterized by extensive levels of knowledge towards international Expos, Similar to Western Europe, the United States, as well as other major international markets such as India and Russia.
He explained that advanced technical solutions have been integrated to enumerate each individual within the site, including participating delegations, workers, employees, and contractors, in order to manage the site's capacity efficiently and effectively, noting that "Expo" will publish visit data periodically during the period of its activities.
