Three times the salary should be paid for overtime in these 4 days

The calculation formula of triple salary: monthly salary base ÷ 21.75 days ÷ 8 × overtime hours × 300%.
It should be noted that for these 4 days of overtime, compensatory rest cannot be used to replace overtime wages, and three times the wages must be paid.
Overtime work in these 6 days can be paid twice the salary
If overtime is arranged on September 19, September 20, October 4, October 5, October 6, and October 7 for the 6 days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, the payment shall not be less than 200% salary.
In other words, if the employer arranges workers to work overtime during the 6-day holiday, it should arrange compensatory time off first; if it cannot arrange compensatory time off, it should be paid at least 200% of the salary for overtime work.
Calculation formula for double salary: monthly salary base ÷ 21.75 days ÷ 8 × overtime hours × 200%.
If you are working overtime during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, and there is no compensatory time off, then you can get the equivalent of 24 days of daily wages if you work overtime for 10 days during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.
