Regarding the settlement of talents, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Notice of the People's Government of Hainan Province on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for the Settlement of Talents in Hainan Province".
The conditions for settlement are: college degree or above and under 40 years old (including undergraduate degree and above in 985 and 211 colleges and above are under 55 years old); talents with intermediate professional and technical titles and above, technicians and above vocational qualifications are under 40; first; Employment is settled again.
