Putin told how much money will be given to St. Petersburg by re-registration of "Gazprom"

He spoke about this at a video link meeting with the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov.

"PJSC" Gazprom "in St. Petersburg will be re-registered as a taxpayer, and this will give the city budget an additional 17 billion rubles this year, and about 40 billion rubles next year," TASS quoted Putin as saying.

He noted that it is important to use these funds in the priority areas of the city's development.

Earlier, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, speaking at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the International Business Congress, spoke about gas reserves in Russia.
