Chinanews.com, Dushan, Guizhou, September 17 (Qu Honglun) On the 17th, with sleepers and steel bars orderly and initially laid and bundled in the No. 5 CRTS I double-block ballastless in the Guizhou section of the Guizhou section of the Gui (Yang) Nan (Ning) high-speed railway The track bed slab opened the prelude to the construction of the first high-speed railway with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour in Guizhou Province from offline engineering to ballastless track construction.

The No. 5 bid of Guizhou Section of Guinan High-speed Railway, undertaken by China Railway Fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd., is located in Dushan County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, with a total of 79.106 track kilometers of ballastless beds. The CRTS I double-block ballastless track is adopted at an hourly speed. The standard design of 350 kilometers passenger dedicated line is to lay the inter-interval seamless line at one time.

According to Meng Yuan, the deputy chief engineer of the project, the CRTS I double-block ballastless track is composed of steel rails, fasteners, double-block sleepers, track bed slabs, and bases from top to bottom. It is a layered structure with decreasing stiffness. The sleeper adopts double-block sleepers connected by steel trusses to strengthen the connection with the cast-in-situ track bed.

Meng Yuan said that before the start of the construction of the ballastless track, the tender section selected the basic-length double-track super bridge, the section roadbed, and the base-length double-track middle bridge as the first construction section of the ballastless track, with a length of 1.984 double-track km. The planned construction period is 35 days. The purpose is to collect and summarize the construction technology and process parameters of the field test section, and form the work instructions and technical submissions as the basis for guiding the subsequent formal construction.

"The design of the Guinan high-speed railway with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour requires very high precision control of ballastless tracks. The prevention of concrete cracks is the focus." The project manager Xu Feng introduced in an interview with a reporter from China News Agency. It is 39.553 kilometers long and has as many as 105 work sites. The process changes quickly and the construction organization is difficult.

Xu Feng told reporters that the construction of the ballastless track is the last process before the railway track is laid. During the construction of the ballastless track, it involves multiple processes such as rebar binding operations, fine adjustment operations, and concrete construction. Lay the foundation for the laying of high-speed rail seamless tracks.

The newly-built Guiyang-Nanning Railway is an important part of the Baotou-Haikou passage of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railways in China's mid- and long-term railway network planning. It is also the first high-speed railway with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour in Guizhou Province.

After the completion of the Guinan High-speed Railway, it will form a high-speed railway for passenger exchange between Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Northwest China and the coastal areas of South China together with Chengdu (Chengdu) Guiyang (Guiyang) High Speed Railway and Guiyang (Guiyang) Guangzhou (Guangzhou) High Speed Railway. The channel forms a convenient main channel for communication with tourists from Nanning, Beibu Gulf, Hainan and ASEAN countries. (over)
