wasl Hospitality and Leisure Company, a subsidiary of wasl Asset Management Group, has announced the completion of construction work for four new hotels in Dubai, which it intends to launch soon.

The company said in a statement today that the construction work at the Hyatt Centric Jumeirah has exceeded 98%, explaining that the project is being built on an area of ​​4,122 square meters near La Mer Beach, opposite the waterfront of the Arabian Gulf.

She added that the hotel consists of two floors, a basement and a ground floor with six repeated floors, in addition to the upper deck, indicating that the new hotel provides 173 units, including 125 large rooms, 26 VIP rooms, 18 double rooms, and three rooms for people of determination. One VIP suite.

The company stated that the other facilities provided by the hotel include a number of distinguished restaurants and cafes, as well as a swimming pool, gym and treatment rooms. The hotel is expected to start operating in the last quarter of this year.

Wasl Hospitality and Leisure revealed that it is also building a new hotel project in the Al Sufouh area affiliated to the Marriott International Group, indicating that the completion rate in the hotel has reached more than 86%.

She pointed out that it was recently able to complete the concrete structure of the 30-storey hotel, noting that the new hotel includes 318 rooms, while the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.

In addition, “wasl Hospitality and Leisure” has completed construction work on two other hotels, namely “Iloft Dubai Airport” which includes 230 rooms and “Element Dubai Airport” which includes 89 furnished apartments, as the two hotels will be launched in the next few months.

It is noteworthy that wasl Hospitality and Leisure portfolio includes 6,885 hotel units, of which 5,301 rooms are distributed among 19 hotels, and 1,584 hotel apartments are provided by nine hotels.
