“We are going to strengthen ourselves with, on the one hand, salespeople, marketing functions and business managers who will explain to companies how to save time on their purchasing costs,” describes Tristan Leteurtre.

"We are also going to recruit a lot of profiles of IT developers and engineers to continue to make the most advanced product on the market."

Remuneration above the market?

Profiles that the company would be ready to recruit at a good salary level: "We have the profile of start-up companies with a very nice working environment and we are looking for talent. It is true that we are ready to remunerate and make offers that allow us to attract the best talent to our company, in all functions. "

To succeed in recruiting this hundred people by the end of 2022, the company offers teleworking to many of its employees: "We have people that we have hardly ever met except virtually, which In particular, in very tense positions, such as IT and developers, it makes it possible to have people who are in areas where we do not necessarily have a presence but who are looking for work.
