This newly built 12,000-ton bleaching powder concentrate production device has reformed and innovated the dryer and other parts. The material drying time has been reduced from 160 minutes in the past to 20 seconds, which not only improves the operation efficiency of the device, reduces energy consumption, but also reduces tons. Qiu Jinbiao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Manager of Jianghan Salt Chemical Hubei Co., Ltd., told reporters that after 26 years of development, Jianghan Salt Chemical's bleaching powder equipment has increased from 1 to 11, and the equipment has been introduced from abroad to localization.
According to Qiu Jinbiao, in 1995, Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry built the first set of bleaching powder equipment by introducing the process technology and complete sets of equipment from Canada Kemidi Company.
However, the high temperature and humidity in the Jianghan Plain caused frequent device failures. During the eight-month trial production period, the total output was only more than 800 tons, and the average monthly output was about 20% of the designed capacity.
Jianghan Salt Chemical established a technical research team to transform the production process technology and equipment localization.

Relying on its own technical support, the output of bleaching powder concentrate has been increasing year by year.
In 2001, the second set of bleaching powder equipment with an annual output of 5000 tons was successfully "duplicated", and all the equipment was upgraded, and the localization rate reached 90%; in 2004, the third set of bleaching powder equipment with an annual output of 5000 tons finally Realized the nationalization of a complete set of equipment for the production process, reducing investment by 20 million yuan compared with the second set... Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry takes advantage of the integrated industrial chain of "brine mining-salt nitrate-chlor-alkali-disinfectant" to become a leader in the chlorine-containing disinfectant industry ".
Walking in the Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry Park, flowers and trees can be seen everywhere.
"In recent years, Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry has developed an'environmental protection wind'." Qiu Jinbiao said.
According to reports, starting in 2019, Jianghan Salt Chemical's coal-fired boiler flue gas ultra-low emission transformation project has started construction, and has successively carried out integrated transformations of desulfurization, denitrification systems, and induced draft fans.
On September 3 this year, the three flue gas emission concentration indicators of the Thermal Power Operation Department of Jianghan Salt Chemical Industry were all lower than the national ultra-low emission limit.
