Masashi Arai, the grocery delivery buyer in charge, said, "I would like to consider expanding the delivery area in the future."

From this month, Tokyu Department Store has also started a service where you can receive lunch boxes and delicatessen items purchased online at the lockers installed in the store.

It is said that the risk of infection can be reduced by shortening the time spent in the store by the mechanism that shoppers go to the locker within 2 hours after ordering with the dedicated app.

Manager Takuro Shimoyama, the person in charge, said, "I want people who are refraining from coming to the store due to the risk of infection to use this service."

Due to the effects of emergency declarations and admission restrictions, sales of the five major department store companies were all below the same month last year, and we would like to dig up demand as much as possible by expanding our services.
