According to the "Corporate Business Forecast Survey" released by the Ministry of Finance and others, the index showing the business sentiment of large corporations from July to September was +3.3, turning positive for the first time in three quarters.
This is because the outlook for the economy has improved in both the manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries.
