Controversy continues over the national subsidy paid to 88% of the population. While there are a lot of objections to the subsidy payment standards, even when receiving subsidies, some complain about issues such as restrictions on the area of use.

Those who have an address in a special city or a metropolitan city can use the national support fund only in the city/gun unit area where they have an address at a local love gift certificate merchant.
The purpose is to revitalize the local economy, but people with different addresses on their resident registration and actual living areas will inevitably complain of inconvenience.
[Office worker: I was thinking about ordering something delicious and shopping. But because that doesn't work. It's inconvenient for users.]
A university student living in a dormitory in Seoul with an address in Gwangju went to the community center to ask for a wider area of use, but only got an answer saying no.
[University student: They said that they couldn't (expand the use). I can't go down during Chuseok, so I won't be able to use the (national subsidy) until the end of the year.] It
's more difficult for the military to spend the subsidy when going out and on vacation is limited.
It cannot be used at the canteen inside the unit, so you can use it at your hometown only if you take a vacation within the year of the expiry date.

such complaints arose, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced that it would consider alternatives such as expanding the use of military personnel or paying cash.
In addition, if you moved after June 30, the base date for subsidy selection, you can change the area of use through your credit card company after completing the moving-in report.
