“Until December 1, 2023, a document will be signed to create a unified gas market within the Union State,” Putin said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Union State with Belarus is a certain level of integration with full preservation of sovereignty.
He also noted that the European Union has a much deeper level of integration than Russia and Belarus within the Union State.
