During the past week, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 7.2 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 1482 pledges of allegiance worth 3.21 billion dirhams, of which 111 pledged allegiance to land with a value of 486.58 million dirhams, and 1371 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas with a value of 2.73 billion dirhams. Sales of apartments and villas accounted for more than 92.5% of the total sales, while mortgages recorded a value of 3.25 billion dirhams. While the donations witnessed the registration of 73 donations worth 827.19 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were two in the “Island 2” area, the first with a value of 59 million dirhams, and the second with 51 million dirhams, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the fourth Al-Thaniya area.

"Al-Habibiya Al-Third" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 28 pledges worth 71 million dirhams, followed by "Al-Yafra 3" with 22 pledges worth 23 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 55 million dirhams in the first area of ​​Al-Habiya was the most important, followed by a pledge of 41 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 37 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 188 pledges worth 395 million dirhams, followed by the Fifth Al-Thaniya area with 121 pledges worth 136 million dirhams.
