Statement from Etihad Airways regarding Saudia flights

Etihad Airways said that, based on recent directives from the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the airline will resume passenger flights between Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia, starting from Saturday, September 11.


A spokesman for Etihad Airways said that scheduled passenger flights will link Abu Dhabi with Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh.

The spokesman noted that the categories of travelers who will be allowed to enter the Kingdom are Saudi citizens, first-class family members, domestic workers, in addition to holders of Saudi residency and citizens of the UAE, taking into account some requirements, noting that a complete list of approved passengers is available on the website of the Federation in addition to All necessary entry requirements.

The spokesman indicated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is included in the green list of Abu Dhabi, and those arriving from it to the emirate can travel without the need to take quarantine procedures upon arrival.
