1.6 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions
Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.6 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 318 pledges of allegiance, worth 701.1 million dirhams, of which 18 pledges of allegiance to land, with a value of 56.57 million dirhams, and 300 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 644.53 million dirhams,
while mortgages recorded a value of 525.05 million dirhams, while 40 donations worth 401.84 million dirhams were recorded.
The most important land pledges worth 10 million dirhams in the "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens" area, followed by a pledge of eight million dirhams in the Al Wasl area, and then 6 million dirhams in the "Wadi Al-Safa 5" area.
"Al-Habibiya Al-Thirth" topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, as it recorded seven allegiances worth 20 million dirhams, followed by "Al Yafra 3" with four pledges of four million dirhams, and a third in "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens" with 10 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 55 million dirhams in the first area of Al-Hubiya was the most important, followed by a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens" area.
"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 56 pledges worth 114 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South of the Fourth with 31 pledges of 20 million dirhams, and third in the fifth, with 23 pledges of 32 million dirhams.
