Zelensky urges US congressmen to maintain sanctions against Russia for Nord Stream 2

At the same time, the President of Ukraine thanked the members of the US Congress for understanding the security threats that, in his opinion, the implementation of the gas pipeline project poses.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on Zelensky's statement that the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline is a "terrible threat" to European security, said that the words of the President of Ukraine "are nonsense."
