Earlier it was reported that the main issue at the upcoming meeting of the presidents of Belarus and Russia, Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin, will be the discussion of 28 union programs.
The presidents of Russia and Belarus will meet on September 9 in Moscow.
