dnata has become the first air travel service company to participate in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) '25 by 2025' initiative with the goal of achieving a better level of gender balance in the civil aviation industry by 2025.

According to a statement issued today, dnata, along with 62 airlines, has committed to hiring more women in senior and low-representation roles, with the aim of achieving a minimum 25% increase in representation or a 25% minimum staffing across all divisions. by 2025.

The company will provide annual reports on key diversification rates.

In addition, dnata will collaborate with IATA and others to increase the representation and candidacy of women in governance positions in the international organization.
