In the early morning of September 6th, Dalian, Liaoning, the Dalian Guangming Road Extension Project 201 National Highway Interchange, which was constructed by the First Aviation Administration of China Communications, successfully completed the rotation of the highway-rail overpass on the Shen-Da Line. The main bridge with a total weight of 6,500 tons lasted 1 hour and 18 During the minute-long turning process, the 75.6-degree counterclockwise rotation was accurately completed, and the newly-built bridge piers were accurately docked at the millimeter level, marking a zero breakthrough in the construction of the Dalian turning bridge.

  The Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel and Guangming Road Extension Project are key livelihood projects in Dalian. The Guangming Road Extension Project is connected to the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel. The total length of the route is 6.952 kilometers. Four interchanges and a separate tunnel are set up across the line: Dongfang Road Interchange, Zhonghua Road Interchange, Zhenlian Road Interchange, G201 National Highway Interchange, and the tunnel underneath the Da Petrochemical Organic Synthesis Plant.

  The 201 National Road Interchange under this construction intersects with the railway at K21+413 of Shen-Da Line, which is only 5 meters away from the existing line.

Facing the most important and busiest railway artery in Northeast my country, there is an average of one train passing in about 6 minutes, and the construction safety risk of the project is huge.

In order to reduce the impact of bridge construction on railway traffic, the main line bridge is constructed with a rotating construction method.

  The main span of the swivel bridge is 80 meters long. The main pier is located on the north side of the Shenyang-Dalian Railway, with a width of 21.5 meters and a total weight of 6,500 tons.

It is designed as a variable-height prestressed concrete T structure with a double-rotation construction method with a rotation angle of 75.6 degrees.

The bridge is heavy, has a large rotation range, and requires high technical standards such as the accuracy and linearity of the rotation and closure.

  In order to ensure the safe and smooth rotation of the bridge, the Guangming Road Extension Project Department of China Communications First Navigation Bureau and the third company jointly compiled 3 construction plans scientifically. Before the official rotation, 4 jacks were used to carry out weighing tests on the beams and organized 1 tabletop exercise and 1 trial transfer to ensure the smooth and accurate completion of the rotation process without risk.

  At 0:50 am on September 6, according to the "Skylight Point" approved by the Shenyang Bureau of China Railways, the railway was closed, and the 201 National Highway interoperable on the Shenyang-Dalian line highway-rail overpass started the railway-related section of the bridge turning.

At 1 o'clock, with the on-site rotation instruction issued, the 6,500-ton swivel bridge slowly rotated through three stages of normal rotation, deceleration rotation, and jog rotation. Finally, the precise adjustment of the posture was carried out, and it was completed at 2:18. Axis butt joint.
