The brand has filed an appeal for interim relief, a procedure that allows action "in an emergency if an administrative decision seriously and clearly illegal infringement of a fundamental freedom", we can read on the website of public service.

In Yvelines, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine and even Haut-Rhin, the administrative courts have recently suspended the prefectural decrees requiring the presentation of the health pass in areas of more than 20,000 m².

Since then, appeals have multiplied against this measure.

In Isère, the health pass has been compulsory in shopping centers since August 17.

The decision of the administrative court of Grenoble is expected this Thursday.
