The Security Industry Regulatory Agency in Dubai “Sera” announced the completion of all its tasks related to security consulting and auditing of devices, the granting of individual and institutional licenses, and fireworks permits at Expo 2020 Dubai, pointing out that the exhibition was secured by about 13,370 security cameras, in addition to to 2,688 security guards.

In conjunction with the launch of the exhibition within 30 days, the Foundation launched a campaign through its traditional and digital media platforms and at the Foundation's headquarters at the level of employees and customers, to prepare everyone to be part of the largest event in the world.

"Sera" confirmed that it has completed 100% of its role in providing security consultancy for "Expo 2020 Dubai", pointing out that the advisory role is to present technical specifications and develop a unified methodology in the designs of security systems.

She explained that she had also completed the audit of the security services used in the exhibition, and ensured that they conformed to the specifications by 100%, in addition to their role in providing security licenses and permits, and completing all the required licenses by 100%, as the uniforms of the security guards for the "Expo" were approved. 2020 Dubai", issuing the necessary permits for fireworks, auditing fireworks sites, issuing individual security licenses for "Expo", and permits for hotels and commercial establishments.

She revealed that her campaign related to the exhibition mainly targets the public and the organization's employees, and includes an introductory video explaining the role of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency in Expo 2020 Dubai, and detailed publications explaining the role of each department that participated in the implementation of the required tasks.
