According to him, for some items the prices in the external market are already lower than in Russia.

“But we are always late, for one and a half or two months, we always have a gap in price both in price growth and in its reduction,” the deputy minister added.

Earlier, Russia introduced export duties on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
