All tourists are now welcome to the United Arab Emirates.

Even if this Gulf country already hosted a large part of them, and this for more than a year, there is no longer any condition linked to the country of origin of these international visitors.

In short, the list of countries considered to be at risk due to the health context is deleted.

The UAE authorities, however, require a full vaccination with one of the sera approved by the World Health Organization.

Beginning of the tourist season and Universal Exhibition

With the return of the high season which traditionally begins in October in this desert country, the authorities therefore hope to capitalize on this measure.

In the Emirates, the tourism sector represents around 15% of the GDP and is one of the pillars of the economic diversification strategy.

This measure also coincides with the start of the

Universal Exhibition

that the Emirate of Dubai is preparing to host in a month.

The organizers are also hoping for 25 million visits.

An unchanged goal despite the postponement of this event last year.
