The carrier stated, in a statement, that it will resume service at Newcastle Airport from 15 October, at a rate of four flights per week, using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in two classes.

She explained that Emirates Airlines flight EK33 will depart from Dubai at 2:30 pm, arriving at Newcastle International Airport at 7:10 pm, and the return flight, EK34, will take off from Newcastle at 7:10 pm. 9:10 at night, landing at Dubai International Airport at 7:25 the next morning (local time).

Emirates Airlines stated that it continues to restore its operations in one of its most important global markets, as the number of its flights to the United Kingdom, by the end of next October, will reach 77 flights per week, distributed among six flights daily to London Heathrow (five of which are A380 aircraft). And two daily A380 flights to Manchester, 10 flights a week to Birmingham, a daily flight to Glasgow, and four flights a week to Newcastle.

She pointed out that the UAE moved to the British "yellow list" for travel, in early August, and travelers arriving in the United Kingdom from Dubai no longer need to be quarantined in a government-approved hotel.

In response to the growth in demand, Emirates Airlines has accelerated the implementation of its plans to operate more flights and enhance capacity to more than 10 European cities, including Birmingham, Barcelona, ​​Brussels, Dublin, Hamburg, London, Lisbon, Madrid, Munich, Rome and Zurich.

Emirates Airlines will serve these cities with daily flights or more.

Emirates Airlines will also increase its daily flights from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich, to reach 50 flights per week by the end of October, and will operate A380 aircraft to serve Dusseldorf and Hamburg.
