On the 23rd, Mizuho Bank, which has been suffering from a series of system failures, had a problem that it was temporarily impossible to withdraw cash at some ATMs.

The bank says that this trouble was not a system failure but has already been recovered.

According to Mizuho Bank, from around noon on the 23rd, there was a problem that 130 ATMs = automatic teller machines could not be used in Tokyo and Osaka.

Of these, eight ATMs were temporarily unable to withdraw cash while the user was operating, but they were able to withdraw cash by remote control, etc., and all were restored by 1:30 pm. That is.

Regarding Mizuho Bank, in addition to four system failures that occurred in quick succession from February to March, system failures also occurred from 19th to the next day of this month, and temporary transfers and deposits were made at stores nationwide. It is no longer possible to make transactions at the counter.

However, according to the bank, this trouble is not a system failure due to the unstable communication environment of the ATM.

Mizuho Bank commented, "We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers."
