From January to July, my country's software and information technology service industry (hereinafter referred to as the software industry) developed steadily, business income continued to grow rapidly, software exports and total profit growth slowed down, and the number of employees steadily increased.

1. Overall operation

　　Software business revenue maintained rapid growth.

From January to July, my country’s software industry completed a software business revenue of 514.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.4%. The growth rate was 1.8% lower than that in the first half of the year. The compound growth rate in the past two years was 14.8%, an increase of 0.1% from the first half of the year.

　　The growth of total profit continued to slow down.

From January to July, the industry realized a total profit of 583.8 billion yuan, an increase of 12.3% year-on-year, a drop of 1.3 percentage points from the first half of the year, and a compound growth rate of 8.8% in the past two years.

　　Software exports are steadily slowing down.

From January to July, the software industry achieved exports of 29 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 10.9% year-on-year, and a compound growth rate of 6.6% in the past two years.

Among them, the export of outsourcing services was US$ 8.18 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.9%; the export of embedded system software was US$ 11 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.6%.

　　The number of employees has expanded slightly, and the total wages have increased steadily.

From January to July, the average number of employees in the software industry in my country was 7.67 million, a year-on-year increase of 6.4%, and the scale increased by 140,000 from the first half of the year. The total wages of employees increased by 11.6% year-on-year, and the growth rate was the same as that in the first half of the year, with a compound growth rate in the past two years. The rate was 8.0%, an increase of 1.6 percentage points from the first half of the year.

2. Operation status by field

　　The growth rate of software product revenue was steady but slow.

From January to July, software products achieved revenue of 1,340.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.5%, a drop of 2.6 percentage points from the first half of the year, and accounting for 26.1% of the industry's revenue.

The continued release of favorable policies such as smart manufacturing and the industrial Internet has driven industrial software product revenue to 127.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.0%, accounting for 9.5% of software product revenue, and an increase of 0.5% compared to the same period last year.

　　Information technology service revenue grew steadily and rapidly.

From January to July, information technology services achieved revenue of 3,274.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.6%, a decrease of 1.4 percentage points from the first half of the year, and accounting for 63.6% of the industry's revenue.

Among them, cloud computing and big data services achieved revenue of 429.8 billion yuan, an increase of 22.8% year-on-year, accounting for 13.1% of information technology service revenue; e-commerce platform technology service revenue was 462.6 billion yuan, an increase of 29.3% year-on-year; integrated circuit design revenue was 128.9 billion yuan Yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.4%.

The implementation of the policy drives the upgrade and expansion of data security and privacy protection product and service requirements, and the information security industry has ushered in important development opportunities.

From January to July, information security products and services achieved revenues of 88.3 billion yuan, an increase of 21.9% year-on-year, which was 0.5 percentage points higher than the industry average.

　　The growth rate of embedded system software revenue dropped slightly.

From January to July, embedded system software realized revenue of 441.3 billion yuan, an increase of 11.4% year-on-year, and a drop of 1.4 percentage points from the first half of the year.

3. Operation by region

　　The income of the software industry in the eastern region grew steadily and rapidly, while the growth in the central region slowed down significantly.

From January to July, the eastern region completed software business revenue of 4,130.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.8%, down 1.9 percentage points from the first half of the year, and 0.4 percentage points higher than the national average.

The central region completed software business revenue of 2,341 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.8%, and a drop of 3.7% from the first half of the year.

The western region completed software business revenue of 628.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.1%, a drop of 1 percentage point from the first half of the year.

The Northeast region completed software business revenue of 151.1 billion yuan, an increase of 15.3% year-on-year, and a decrease of 0.6 percentage points from the first half of the year.

The software business revenue of the four regions accounted for 80.3%, 4.6%, 12.2% and 2.9% of the total national revenue respectively.

　　Major software provinces maintained double-digit growth.

From January to July, among the top 6 provinces in terms of software business revenue, Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Shandong have software revenues of 1,057.1 billion yuan, 918.9 billion yuan, 651.4 billion yuan, 433.7 billion yuan, and 399.8 billion yuan respectively. And 379.1 billion yuan, an increase of 31.9%, 19.2%, 16.6%, 13.9%, 24.4%, and 22.8%, respectively. The total software business revenue of the six provinces and cities was 3.84 billion yuan, accounting for 74.6% of the country’s share, which was an increase of 2.1% compared to the same period last year. From January to July, 15 sub-provincial-level central cities across the country realized software business revenue of 2,7299.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.9%, a decrease of 1.5 percentage points from the first half of the year, accounting for 53.1% of the national software business revenue, and a decrease of 1.7 compared to the same period last year. Percentage points. Among them, the year-on-year growth rate of software business revenue in Guangzhou and Jinan exceeded the industry average. The total profit of the software industry in central cities was 328.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%, and a decrease of 4.5 percentage points from the first half of the year. Among them, the total profit growth of Xi'an, Guangzhou and Changchun exceeded 20%.
