(hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Group") that from January to July this year, 3154 trains and trains of the new western land-sea corridor were launched. The cargo was 314,000 TEUs, an increase of 96% and 287% respectively year-on-year, which provided reliable transportation support for the promotion of domestic and international double circulation.

　　According to reports, the new western land-sea channel is a major project clearly proposed in the "14th Five-Year Plan".

The railway department implements the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee, gives full play to the role of the new western land-sea transport coordination committee, promotes the optimization of transportation organization and logistics plans, promotes information sharing and mutual recognition of all parties, and improves the quality and efficiency of train operations.

Starting from 2017, after four years of development, the new western land-sea corridor train destinations have radiated more than 300 ports in more than 100 countries and regions such as Singapore, Australia, and Germany. The categories of cargo transportation have increased from more than 30 types of ceramics and plates to More than 500 kinds of auto parts, computer parts, automobiles, etc.

On August 1 this year, Guangxi Qinzhou Port sent out the "Beibu Gulf Port-Chengdu-Poland, Germany" train.

The train departs from Guangxi Qinzhou Gangdong Station to Chengdu Chengxiang Station. After connecting with the China-Europe train, it is sent to Mara, Poland and Duisburg, Germany, which has increased the speed of cargo traffic.

In the future, the railway department will further strengthen transportation organization, optimize logistics plans, strengthen the docking of China-Europe trains with the new western land-sea corridor trains, and better realize "flying with two wings."
