Dubai Land Department witnesses 267 pledges of allegiance, worth 700.5 million dirhams

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.5 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 267 pledges of allegiance worth 700.55 million dirhams, of which 45 pledges of allegiance to lands worth 228.29 million dirhams, and 222 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas worth 472.26 million dirhams.

The most important land sales worth 25 million dirhams came in the “Al-Markadh” area, followed by two sales of 14 and 13 million dirhams in the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens” area.

"Jebel Ali First" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with 15 pledges worth 56 million dirhams, followed by "Mirdif" with 10 sales worth 57 million dirhams, and the third in "Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens" with five sales worth 53 million dirhams.

A pledge of 25 million dirhams in the “Me’aisem First” area came as the most important pledge of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 12 million dirhams in the “Al-Kifaf” area, and then a pledge of seven million dirhams in the “Burj Khalifa” area.

"Dubai Marina" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 29 pledges worth 87 million dirhams, followed by "Al Thanya Fifth" area with 28 pledges of 25 million dirhams, and the third in "Business Bay" with 28 pledges of 46 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 274.26 million dirhams, including 13 mortgages of land with a value of 57.54 million dirhams, and 84 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 216.73 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "First Dubai Investments Park" area with a value of 78 million dirhams, and another in the "Warsan Fourth" area with a value of 54 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 31 donations were recorded, worth 587.84 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, with a value of 511 million dirhams, and another in the "Burj Khalifa" area with 33 million dirhams.
