He stressed that Reportage Real Estate's continuation of launching new projects despite the challenges imposed by the pandemic's repercussions on the real estate sector, reflects the strength of the company's financial solvency, which is evident in the company's achievement of strong sales during the current and past years.
Reportage Real Estate has achieved sales of more than 892 million dirhams since the beginning of 2021 until now, compared to 424 million dirhams during the first seven months of 2020, a growth of 110%.
Reportage achieved sales of 812 million dirhams during 2020, a growth of 125 percent compared to 2019.
Suleiman confirmed that the construction works of all the company's projects are progressing according to the schedule, in preparation for the delivery of the units to buyers on the specified dates.
Reportage Real Estate is developing 12 projects under construction in the UAE, providing more than 5,500 housing units, among the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in addition to a project that has been completed and delivered in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
About two years ago, Reportage launched the "Al Maryah Vista 1" project, which includes 772 housing units, and extends over a total built-up area of 958,000 square feet, and is scheduled to be delivered during the first half of 2024.
