The ruble declines against the dollar and grows against the euro

As of 07:01 Moscow time, the dollar rate increased by 12 kopecks - up to 73.94 rubles.

The euro exchange rate fell by 13 kopecks - to 86.34 rubles. 

Earlier, Natalya Milchakova, deputy head of the Alpari information and analytical center, commented in an interview with RT on the decline in the euro rate during trading on the Moscow Exchange to 86 rubles.
